A better way forward.

An eco-resort grown inside a living food forest — and owned by the people who love it most.

Walk in
Your arrival

The road narrows, then softens. Pavement gives way to a green tunnel of fruit trees, and the noise of the world falls away behind you.

There is no marble lobby here — only a path, a breeze that smells of wet earth and citrus, and the first dome rising from the canopy like something the forest decided to grow on purpose.

You came to get away. It will feel, almost at once, like you've arrived somewhere that was always yours.

Where you'll sleep

A home the forest
keeps cool.

Your dome is poured from stone and reinforced with basalt — built not for a season, but for centuries. Step inside and the air is still and cool, though you'll never hear an air conditioner. The floor is chilled by water drawn from a nearby cenote; a solar chimney lifts the warmth up and away; triple-glazed windows pour in the light but leave the heat outside.

Power comes from the sun. And what leaves your room returns to the land as soil — never as waste.

Just outside your door

Step out, and the
resort disappears.

What looks like wild jungle is a designed abundance — a permaculture food forest where nearly everything is edible. Pick a mango on the way to breakfast. Follow a path that feeds the kitchen, shelters the wildlife, and leaves the soil a little richer every season. Nothing here is wasted; every byproduct becomes a resource for something else.

The idea

Most resorts you rent.
This one, you hold.

Here, a stay isn't a transaction — it's a small, lasting share of a place that gets better every year you keep it.

  • A set of nights, every year

Choose a membership of a few nights or many — yours, renewing each year for as long as you hold it.

  • Yours to pass on

Your nights renew fresh each year. Not visiting this one? Gift them to a friend, or sell and trade them with other members on the board — they don't carry over, so they never go to waste.

  • A keepsake for every stay

Each booking mints a small reservation receipt to your name — quiet proof your nights are truly yours.

  • ~

Only pay for nights you use

About $20 a night when you stay — and nothing at all in a year you don't visit. No annual fees, no traps.

  • Owned together

It runs on NEAR — a fast, carbon-neutral blockchain we chose precisely because it matches our zero-carbon promise. Pay by card or crypto, and help decide how the place is run.

How membership works

Simpler than booking
a flight.

01

Become a member

Choose how many nights suit your year — from one to sixty. From $1,000 a night, once, plus a small one-time fee. Pay by card or crypto.

02

Book with your nights

Pick your dates, spend a night token, and receive your reservation receipt in moments. Only about $20 a night when you actually stay.

03

Share or pass them on

Stay as often as your nights allow — they renew fresh every year. Can't make it this year? Gift your nights, or sell and trade them with other members on the board.

Why it matters

Comfort, without the
cost to the planet.

Zero-carbon footprint

Run on sun and well water, not utility bills. The grid is a backup, not a habit.

Net-positive land

Composting toilets build fertile topsoil; the food forest leaves biodiversity richer than we found it.

Community-owned

Members govern the resort together on NEAR — a carbon-neutral blockchain we chose so even our technology keeps the zero-carbon promise.

Built to last centuries

Monolithic stone domes with basalt bones — structures designed to outlive us all.
